Heritage Portfolio Transfer Protocol
This document governs the professional acquisition of the Horse Safaris digital heritage portfolio. By submitting a formal offer, the Purchaser acknowledges the following institutional standards.
The acquisition is structured as a Unified Brand Trio. The purchase includes full ownership of:
• HorseSafaris.com (Established 1999)
• HorseSafaris.in
• HorseSafaris.com.in
All offers are treated as a formal Letter of Intent (LOI). Due to the quarter-century age of the .com asset and the defensive nature of the Indian extensions, the Seller utilizes "Domain Age Authority" and "Category Seniority" as primary valuation metrics.
To ensure a risk-free transfer for both parties, all financial settlements must be processed through an accredited third-party service: Escrow.com (for USD) or Dan.com. The Seller will not release Auth-Codes until funds are marked as "Secured" by the escrow provider.
Upon verification of payment, the Seller will provide the Auth-Codes (EPP) or initiate a Registrar Push within 24 business hours. The Purchaser is responsible for ensuring their destination account is capable of accepting heritage .com assets and .IN registry extensions.
The Seller warrants that the domains are free of any liens or encumbrances and that they have the full legal right to transfer title. As a generic keyword portfolio, the Seller provides no warranty regarding the Purchaser's specific trademark rights. The Purchaser is advised to conduct their own IP search for their respective niche (Travel, Apparel, or Media).
Digital heritage assets are unique and non-replicable. Once the transfer has been initiated via Auth-Code utilization or Registrar Push, the sale is considered 100% Final and Irreversible. No refunds or reversals will be granted once the handover has commenced.
